Service Description
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so we can get to know each other and see whether working together feels right for you. This short call gives you space to ask questions and share what’s bringing you to counselling.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please let me know as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as early as you can, and I will do my best to offer an alternative time if one is available.
