Person-centred counselling

🌿I built on a foundation of person-centred counselling, but I always tailor my approach to your unique needs. I believe therapy should meet you where you are and unfold at your pace. My style is calm, steady and down to earth. I listen deeply, reflect gently, and walk alongside you as you explore what’s happening in your inner world.  Life can leave deep marks, therefore my approach is also trauma-informed. Ensuring you always feel safe, grounded, and in control during sessions. Whether you are dealing with general life challenges, anxiety, stress, grief or trauma my aim is to help you feel safe, supported, and more connected to yourself by providing you non-judgmental space. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

You might be looking for support in understanding your experiences, building coping strategies, finding a way forward or have someone to listen to you without judgments.

If you’re not sure what you need yet, that’s completely fine. We can gently unravel whatever is coming up for you.

Many people come to me feeling as if they are standing at the edge of a foggy lake — unsure which direction to take, unable to see the path ahead. My role is to walk alongside you as the fog begins to lift, helping you find clarity and reconnect with yourself. As I believe you are the expert on your own life, and that answers often emerge naturally when you have a safe, steady space to explore. Together, we make sense of what feels confusing, gradually finding clarity, steadiness, and a way forward that feels true to you.🌿

When you feel ready to take that first gentle step toward clarity, I am here to walk alongside you.
